Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Dhiyo Innovations Private Limited ("Dhiyo", "we", "us") collects through dhiyoinnovations.com, why we collect it, how we look after it and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the other laws of India that apply to us.
1. The short version
- You can read this whole website without giving us any personal data.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
- We only receive personal data when you choose to send it: through the enquiry form, by email or by phone.
- We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that work. Nothing else.
2. What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), the pillar you are interested in, an approximate timeline (optional) and a message. We use these details only to understand your enquiry, reply to you and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We process them because you give your consent by ticking the box on the form. The form reaches us as an email to hello@dhiyoinnovations.com.
When you email, call or apply for a role
If you write to us, call us or send a CV or portfolio, we receive whatever you choose to share. We use it to respond to you and, for applications, to consider you for current or future roles at Dhiyo.
When you simply browse
Like every website, our hosting provider's servers record basic technical information for each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. These logs keep the site secure and working, and are not used to identify or profile visitors. To protect the form from spam, our server also keeps a one-way coded form of your IP address, with the times of recent messages, so it can limit how many messages one address sends in an hour.
3. Cookies and similar technology
The site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for two small notes: that you have already seen the opening animation, and that a page transition is in progress. Both are deleted when you close the browser tab, and neither identifies you. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
4. Services that load from other companies
Everything on this site (fonts, scripts, images and 3D models) is served from our own server. Two things involve another company, and only if you choose them:
- The office map. It loads from our map provider (OpenStreetMap) only after you press "Show map". From then on, that provider receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.
- Augmented reality. On supported phones, "View in your space" opens your device's own AR viewer (Google Scene Viewer on Android, Apple Quick Look on iPhone and iPad), which follows that company's privacy terms.
5. Who we share it with
Only the people at Dhiyo who need your details to respond to you or deliver your project can see them. We use service providers for website hosting and email, and they process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from an authority. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and, if we work together, for the length of that work and any period the law requires us to keep records afterwards. When we no longer need it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 8).
7. How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), with security headers that limit what can run on our pages. Access to enquiries and applications is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data and will tell you, and the authorities where required, if a breach affects you.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, email hello@dhiyoinnovations.com with the subject "Privacy". We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply as soon as we can.
9. Children
This site is meant for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
11. Contact and grievances
For questions or grievances about your personal data, write to hello@dhiyoinnovations.com with the subject "Privacy", or to our corporate office at the address below.
