These terms apply to your use of dhiyoinnovations.com (the "site"), run by Dhiyo Innovations Private Limited ("Dhiyo", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About this site

The site describes who we are and the services we offer through our four pillars: Dhiyo Digital, Dhiyo Labs, Dhiyo Systems and Dhiyo Studio. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, a quotation or professional advice for your particular situation.

2. Our services are agreed separately

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or contract, signed by both parties. Where that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement applies. Durations and engagement models shown on the site are typical and are confirmed in each agreement.

3. Capability concepts

Examples described as "capability concepts", and the 3D scenes, illustrations and models on the site, show the kind of work we can do. They are not descriptions of completed client projects unless a page clearly says so.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, 3D scenes and models, code, the Dhiyo name, logos and pillar marks, belong to Dhiyo or are used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission. Third-party software used on the site remains subject to its own licence.

5. Using the site responsibly

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not try to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with how it works, send spam or harmful code through the contact form, or use automated tools to copy its content in bulk.

6. Information you send us

When you contact us, please send only information you are entitled to share, and do not send confidential details until we have agreed how they will be protected (for example, under a non-disclosure agreement). How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
